Oh Gordon! Ramsay Insults Aussie TV Host, Offends Prime Minister

Loud-mouthed celeb chef Gordon Ramsay has done it again. At a recent appearance at the Good Food & Wine Show in Melbourne, Australia, Ramsay referred to local news reporter Tracy Grimshaw as a ‘pig woman’ while insinuating she was a lesbian.

Grimshaw retaliated against the chef’s remarks, noting:

“He then got on stage on Saturday and made some very clear and uninformed insinuations about mine,” she said. “Obviously Gordon thinks that any woman who doesn’t find him attractive must be gay. For the record I don’t and I’m not. And I’m not surprised by any of this. We’ve all seen how Gordon Ramsay treats his wife and he supposedly loves her. We’re all just fodder to him.”

Even the Australian Prime Minister, Kevin Rudd, took offense to Ramsay’s off-the-cuff comments, calling the celeb chef ‘a new form of lowlife.’

Ramsay has been surrounded by difficulties lately, ranging from rumors of infidelity to a near loss of his restaurant empire.

    Dear Loveable Auzzie’s

I am not a great Gordon Ramsey fan my any means.

How Gordon has behavioured and what he has said is no different from what he says on Pommie TV everyweek. So get over it and stop whinging on and on like you claim Poms do!

He has built career of talking straight like regular people do, and he swears like regular people do – so what? Get over it!

It’s not like you blokes don’t swear is it?

Keep it real, For F**K Sake!

Really, what is all the fuss about? Gordon cracked a joke at someone elses expense, big deal. That’s the personality that has got him where he is now. Grimshaw really should get a sense of humour. If she had wanted to to respond she should have tried some humour of her own!!

Gordon Ramsay is abnormally aggressive and hostile. However, most who view his antics on TV just chock it off to an act and think that his real personality must be different, normal. But some people who are really mean and aggressive create jobs where they can get away with this type of behavior. Ramsay is a real bully. Recent imaging research suggests that bullies’ brains may be hardwired for sadism. Using function Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI), images of bullies’ brains showed that inflicting pain stimulated the brain pleasure centers of males who are unusually aggressive, but showed no activity in brains of normal males. Any guesses as to what an image of Ramsay’s brain would show?
Ethic Soup blog has a good article on this research at:

WT? I cannot believe people would show support for this man’s personal attacks on anyone – in ANY country! I certainly wouldn’t lower myself to publicly call Ramsay a pig, an ass, an arrogant rude bully who is quite obviously suffering from a severe inferiority complex, and can only make himself feel better by insulting and verbally abusing whomever he wishes.

    Or maybe I would 😀
